At Ace Blend, we believe in creating meaningful experiences for our customers. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Event Specialist to drive impactful brand activations.

The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing events and activations that strengthen brand presence, engage customers, and drive growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing brand events, exhibitions, and activations in line with marketing objectives
  • Managing logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution of events-
  • Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure event alignment with brand goals
  • Tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables for all events
  • Creating engaging brand experiences that connect with consumers and leave lasting impressions
  • Analyzing event performance and sharing post-event reports with key insights and recommendations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners

Requirements for the role include:

  • 24 years of proven experience in event management, preferably within FMCG
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and customer experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility with travel and event schedules as required
