We are seeking a skilled design specialist to serve as a subject matter expert on design and champion our brand identity. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating distinctive collaterals that align with our corporate brand standards.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Fine Arts or Applied Arts, with 4-8 years of experience in a design team within a corporate environment. They should possess prior experience working in a consulting or SSC setup, with the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services to stakeholders as a subject matter expert on design and branding.
- Collaborate with the global O&T Communication team to build collaterals that bring their strategy to life.
- Design visually compelling collaterals to present strategic and operational content.
- Work closely with onshore teams to create functional yet aesthetic design artefacts.
Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud/Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Print design experience across various outputs, including brochures, newsletters, thought leadership reports, ads, and corporate stationery.
- MS Office Proficiency, with experience working on corporate presentations, email communications, and data dashboards.
- Prior experience in creating data visualizations through dashboards is beneficial.
