Senior Designer – Branding
About the Role
  • We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our branding team, someone who can balance creative excellence with strategic thinking.
  • This role demands a designer who can translate strategy into impactful visual identity systems and bring brands to life across mediums.
  • You will work on projects spanning industries, delivering visual identities, communication touchpoints, and design systems that inspire and engage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and Scale Brand Identities: Build cohesive visual identity systems, including logo, colour, typography, imagery, and visual language.
  • Translate Strategy into Design: Understand brand positioning and translate it into compelling visual applications and guidelines.
  • Design Across Touchpoints: Deliver creative solutions across digital platforms, packaging, social media, presentations, and more.
  • Lead Client Engagements: Present design concepts to clients, communicate design rationale effectively, and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.
  • Ensure Creative Excellence: Maintain quality, consistency, and originality in all deliverables.
  • Mentor and Collaborate: Guide junior designers and collaborate closely with strategists, writers, and project managers to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Who We're Looking For
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in branding and visual identity design.
  • Creative Excellence: A strong portfolio showcasing strategic, inventive, and visually striking design work.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Ability to take charge of projects from concept to delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Comfortable leading client conversations and articulating design ideas.
  • Collaboration: Works well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Innovation-Driven: Enthusiasm for exploring new tools and approaches, including AI-assisted creative workflows.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other similar tools.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools for creative experimentation.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or UI/UX principles is a plus.
