About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Visual Designer to join our team. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process for packaging, digital campaigns, and offline collateral.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints, leading the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits, working with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life, and translating consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.

Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
