Job Title: Nation With NaMo

We are seeking a seasoned communications manager to lead our strategic storytelling efforts in the political domain. As a key member of our team, you will develop innovative messaging campaigns and execute digital advertising strategies that drive business objectives.



About the Role:

This role involves envisioning and executing electioneering campaigns, facilitating capacity building of grassroots cadre, and shaping governance through on-ground activities, data analytics, research, and new-age media. If you have a passion for politics and a knack for storytelling, we want to hear from you



Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives related to the political domain and election campaigns.
  • Digital Advertising: Strategize and execute a digital advertising plan aligned with our business strategy.
  • Team Management: Identify, recruit, and manage a high-caliber team to achieve business objectives.
  • Content Supervision: Guide content creators on narrative and content review across different platforms.
  • Landscape Assessment: Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape.


Requirements:
  • Politics Knowledge: Good understanding of Indian politics, history, and current affairs.
  • Media Experience: 4-10 years of experience in a media organization.
  • Digital Savviness: Digital media native who understands effective communication on social media platforms.
  • Narrative Skills: Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts and write concise narratives.
