Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our custom learning solutions. The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, working closely with global clients and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with client goals and objectives
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including subject matter experts, instructional designers, and media specialists
  • Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
  • Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers
  • Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to team members and stakeholders
  • Manage project reporting, including billing and MIS documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in the eLearning industry, delivering high-impact learning solutions
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space
  • Proven track record leading project teams of 15+ across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities
