Integration Solutions Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Solutions Expert to join our business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized software solutions that integrate seamlessly with our CX product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute customer-facing projects in accordance with functional and technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement applications based on high-level specifications and logical workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design / create business application prototypes and iterate on solutions based on stakeholder feedback.

You will work closely with our Research and Development (R&D) team to maintain and enhance core product offerings. Your performance will be evaluated based on successful project completion within defined scope, billable utilization, and your effectiveness in identifying opportunities for additional products and services that add value for customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft .NET (C#/.NET Core), Python, and other scripting languages.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, API design and development, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
