Corporate Travel Consultant Job Description

We are a global travel solutions provider committed to delivering exceptional experiences. Our team of experts works tirelessly to create bespoke travel arrangements that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Location: Jaipur, India

Working days: 6

  • Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, trains, hotels, cabs, visas) for employees and guests.
  • Book domestic and international travel in line with company policies.
  • Maintain records of all bookings, cancellations, and re-schedulings.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for cost-effective services.
  • Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and foreign exchange as required.
  • Track travel expenses and submit reports to management.
  • Ensure all travelers have necessary documents and itineraries.
  • Provide assistance during emergency situations or last-minute changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree; diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred.
  • 4-6 years experience in corporate travel desk or travel agency.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:
