**Job Summary**

This role involves analyzing customer needs to determine suitable solutions for complex technical issues. We are looking for a professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can create technical diagrams, flowcharts, formulas, and other written documentation to support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing Customer Needs: Determine appropriate solutions for complex technical issues by understanding customer requirements.
  • Creating Technical Documentation: Develop technical diagrams, flowcharts, formulas, and other written documentation to support projects.
  • Guiding Junior Engineers: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on projects within their areas of expertise.
  • Conducting Research: Research new technologies and products to recommend improvements to current processes.
  • Designing New Products or Systems: Develop designs for new products or systems based on customer specifications.
  • Researching Existing Technologies: Research existing technologies to determine how they could be applied in new ways to solve problems.
  • Compliance Review: Review existing products or concepts to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare proposals for new projects, identifying potential problems, and proposing solutions.
  • Project Estimation and Evaluation: Estimate costs and scheduling requirements for projects and evaluate results.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
