Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of real-time trading applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in C++ and C#.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for tackling team assignments and ensuring task completion.
  • They will develop and maintain real-time trading applications using C++ and C#.
  • Integration of third-party APIs (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol, broker APIs) with internal systems to enhance functionality is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Ongoing optimization and refactoring of codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance to meet stringent requirements will be essential.
  • Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks to guarantee platform stability and reliability is another critical duty.
  • Maintenance of production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution to minimize downtime is a vital responsibility.
  • Development of back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research and optimization will also be required.
  • Ensuring code adheres to security, compliance, and regulatory standards to maintain a secure environment is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong team handling experience with proven leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in C++, C# programming languages.
  • Experience with third-party API integration (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol).
  • Knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design principles.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
