We are seeking a seasoned Senior MLOps Manager to lead our machine learning operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects of varying complexity and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.

Job Description:
  • Lead a cross-functional team in delivering complex machine learning projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows, processes, and tools to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
  • Analyse business problems, build collaterals to support sales calls, conduct market research, and execute proof of concepts and pilots.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of consulting services delivery experience with a focus on machine learning and data science.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, work ethics, analytical/logical thinking, storyboarding, and executive communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, NLP algorithms, Regression & Classification Modelling, Time Series Forecasting, DevOps, and cloud technologies like Azure, AWS or GCP.
  • Familiarity with deployment strategies, orchestration pipelines, container ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes), and deep learning frameworks (Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch).
