Job Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist to work on the project of transformation of Demand Planning at global level in the roadmap of the digitalization for the Supply Chain.

This role involves creating and developing Machine Learning models for all categories, including demand planning teams across different countries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Machine Learning core models and analytics behind them, understanding cross-country needs, and building common approaches to scalable models for demand planning teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Design and develop Machine Learning core models and analytics
  • Capture cross-country needs and build common approaches to scalable models
  • Support analytics needs for adoption of Machine Learning models
  • Build outstanding Machine Learning models for Demand Planning that can cope with complex and less steady environments
  • Set up KPIs to track Machine Learning and Statistical models performance
  • Select and understand the best approach to automatization for the overall Demand process driven by Statistical and Machine Learning capabilities
  • Ensure collaboration of all teams for scalability of models
  • Keep a close control of Machine Learning developments to ensure cost compliance
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of Machine Learning models and create strategy of ML vs Statistical approach


Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have great analytical skills, coding capabilities in R and/or Python, and experience with Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and Change Management.
