Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Leader

We are seeking a visionary Data Science leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning strategy, driving innovation in large-scale systems.
- Create and deploy cutting-edge Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI systems at scale.
- Develop and execute an AI/ML roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Implement state-of-the-art Generative AI solutions including Large Language Models, Vision-and-Language Models, diffusion models, and multimodal systems.
- Oversee the development of scalable Machine Learning pipelines ensuring robustness, reliability, and efficiency.
- Promote technical excellence in MLOps, deployment strategies, and governance for AI models across edge and cloud environments.
We require strong expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
A proven track record in deploying AI solutions at scale across multiple domains is essential.
Candidates must possess a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field, along with experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, preferably in leadership roles.
This role offers opportunities to mentor, coach, and grow data scientists, ML engineers, and research teams.
Strong knowledge of model fine-tuning, transfer learning, RAG pipelines, and vector databases is necessary.
A deep understanding of distributed systems, model optimization, and high-performance computing for AI workloads is required.
Experience with MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and responsible AI practices is essential.
