Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Director

This position involves overseeing the development of AI/ML solutions to enhance our engineering capabilities.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing algorithms and models for machine learning model development, data pipelines, and model evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in AI/ML developing advanced solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, C++, or similar.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statistical analysis and data preprocessing techniques, as well as solid knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Experience in manufacturing and supply chain is beneficial but not necessary.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to interpret complex data and identify key drivers.

Machine Learning Model Development:

  1. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python.
  2. Develop and deploy machine learning models that address real-world business challenges.
  3. Create and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
  4. Collaborate with senior data scientists and developers to integrate machine learning algorithms into applications.

Required Skills:

  • Deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
