Job Description:

The Director of Talent Management plays a pivotal role in driving organizational performance by developing and implementing strategic human resources initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee manpower planning, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
  • Promote an optimal organization structure responding to changing business environments.
  • Review roles and grade structures for efficiency.
  • Design compensation structures in line with industry practices.
  • Implement performance-based pay programs.
  • Ensure efficient HR policy delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA/MSW - HR from a reputed institute with 10 years of related experience in Retail, Service, and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, HR philosophies, and employee-facing systems.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement change.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
