As a strategic business partner, you will lead the human resources function to drive organizational success.

The role requires partnering with business leadership to attract, engage, and retain global talent to support business priorities and growth. With a people-centric culture at the forefront of our organization, the HR function plays a critical role in facilitating employee engagement and retention.

We are seeking a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people management. You will work closely with leadership to make informed decisions about all aspects of people management, driving a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with key internal and external partners across the lifecycle of an employee
  • Leading the HRBP team to drive focus on recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and compensation & benefits metrics
  • Coaching business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams
  • Partnering with leaders to identify critical roles and key talent, developing plans to staff those roles with top performers
  • Overseeing talent management efforts to ensure the organization attracts, selects, and retains top talent aligned with business needs and values
  • Providing oversight and expertise in managing employee relations, including labour and employment concerns
  • Developing and implementing change management strategies and communication plans to support organizational transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives
  • Leveraging HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on workforce planning, talent metrics, and HR KPIs
  • Ensuring HR policies, practices, and processes comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and industry standards
