Job Summary:

">SAP Production Planning and Maintenance Consultant">

This role requires an experienced professional to manage the implementation of SAP solutions for production planning and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP PP/PM modules, including MRP processes, especially in MTS & MTO scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and deployment of SAP PP/PM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of PP, FI/CO, MM, SD integration points.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to production orders, routing configurations, work centers, BOM configurations, and setup.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement proactive measures to control background job failures.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in SAP PP support and resolving shopfloor issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.

Plant Maintenance Expertise:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a deep understanding of plant maintenance master data, including PM materials, assemblies, serial numbers, BOMs, maintenance task lists, measuring points, counters, trigger points, and maintenance plans.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to PM orders, including printing, work order scheduling, settlement, and related components procurement and tracking.
