Project Coordinator Role

The purpose of this position is to ensure timely and accurate tracking and reporting of project progress, risks, and compliance. This enables informed decision-making and effective management of investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress against agreed milestones and timelines to ensure on-schedule execution.
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate project data to prepare comprehensive status reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to validate project information accuracy.

Data Management:

  • Maintain thorough and organized project documentation.
  • Update and manage the project monitoring database.
  • Support report preparation as required by fund management.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Engage with Project Management Consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate project review meetings and activities.
  • Ensure clear communication to identify and escalate potential issues.

Risk and Compliance Monitoring:

  • Identify risks related to project execution and flag deviations from agreed terms or timelines.
  • Participate in risk assessment processes and track mitigation actions.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Industry experience: Real estate construction.
  • Proficiency in MS Projects, Excel, Word & PowerPoint required.
