Job Title: Operations Team Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Team Lead to join our team. As an Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving client KPIs, managing stakeholders, maintaining attrition & shrinkage of the team, performance management, and handling customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive client KPIs to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain low attrition & shrinkage rates by creating a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective performance management strategies.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the business by filling in for absent employees as needed.
  • Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating high levels of service and attention to detail.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members.
  • Keep day-to-day activities organized and on track.
  • Recruit and interview new hires to fill vacant positions.
  • Supervise employees and provide additional training and coaching as needed.
  • Train employees in proper safety procedures and provide updates as necessary.
  • Address employee problems in a fair and timely manner.
  • Organize promotions and spearhead marketing efforts by setting up displays and educating customers and employees on promotions or specials.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Graduate in any stream.
