Strategic People Leader

As a key member of the ResMed leadership team, the Strategic People Leader - India will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through people excellence. This senior-level position will partner with business leaders to develop and implement forward-looking people strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement people strategies that drive business outcomes and support the company's overall business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop plans to address these needs.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to improve leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders on people-related matters.
- Collaborate with other functions, such as talent acquisition and development, to ensure seamless delivery of people-related services.
Requirements:
- MBA or PGDM qualification in Human Resources from a Tier 1/2 college.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with 8 years in people leadership/strategic business partnering.
- Demonstrated understanding of business and functional processes.
- Results-oriented and operates with a sense of urgency; ability to prioritize/problem-solving skills; decision-making/analysis skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
