
Professional Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to serve as a Client Success Manager.
This role will be responsible for managing customer projects, providing exceptional service, and ensuring timely solutions.
Key responsibilities include coordinating internal teams, providing technical support, training, and problem resolution for customers.
Additional duties include:
- Providing customer service and resolving escalated cases
- Logging activities and ensuring services are paid for
- Planning and delivering trainings for customers
- Providing regular reports to management
- Overseeing the Customer Support and Data team
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, an analytical and technical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
