Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a sharp and reliable professional to lead day-to-day accounting operations, manage compliance, and support financial reporting across the organization. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external consultants to ensure timely bookkeeping, GST/TDS filings, and audit preparedness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting entries and review books in Tally Prime.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconcile all financial transactions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
