Senior Financial Coordinator

A pivotal role exists for a professional to oversee and manage the preparation, issuance, and follow-up of financial documents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a strong understanding of financial systems.
">Key Responsibilities:- Estimate & RO Management
- Prepare and raise estimates and release orders accurately, ensuring all financial details are correctly captured.
- Work closely with the business team and commercial finance team to ensure alignment on project budgets and timelines.
- Invoicing & Billing
- Manage end-to-end invoicing processes, ensuring timely issuance of invoices and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Process and reconcile debit notes and credit notes, maintaining proper documentation.
- Financial Reporting
- Generate, review, and analyze regular reports for internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in financial operations, coordinating with relevant teams.
- Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance operations, invoicing, and compliance.
- Skills
- Strong understanding of GST regulations and practical application in financial transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
