Senior Real Estate Modelling Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Modeling Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C#/.NET, Excel Add-ins, and SQL Server.
- Develop custom applications using C#, .NET Framework, and Excel Add-ins (VSTO/Excel-DNA).
- Build integrations with SQL Server, utilizing advanced stored procedures.
- Design and implement logic for asset planning, scenario cloning, overrides, and model comparisons.
- Manage and integrate a centralized model repository using Azure Blob Storage.
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and session-based workflows.
- Automate financial reports such as Investment Summary and Cash Flow Summary.
The successful candidate will also have:
- 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET, including Excel Add-in development.
- Strong hands-on experience with WinForms and third-party grids like DevExpress.
- Expertise in SQL Server, including performance-optimized stored procedures.
- Working knowledge of Azure services, especially Azure Functions and Blob Storage.
- Familiarity with object-oriented design patterns and data modeling.
- Proven experience in agile environments with direct stakeholder interaction.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts such as IRR and cash flow modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and prior experience collaborating with US-based clients.
