Senior Property Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Developer to lead our team in identifying, acquiring and disposing of commercial real estate assets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property transactions, capital markets and real estate consulting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing individual land transactions to achieve revenue targets for clients.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with developers in the region to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with the execution team to place deals and meet business objectives.
  • Sourcing new clients and growing existing relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Developing financial models to forecast real estate project cash flows and inform investment decisions.
  • Staying up-to-date on local building development laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Crafting compelling pitch decks to present to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in the field.
  • An MBA in Finance or CA designation.
