We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a dynamic role in our International BPO department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of handling international clients.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls for global clients with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide top-notch customer support and resolution services to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures regarding customer service excellence.
  • Assist in training new employees as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to diverse accents and dialects.
  • Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with computer software and technology used in customer service settings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule requirements, including availability for night shifts and weekends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards delivering outstanding results.
