Lead SAP HCM On Premise ABAP Expert

This leadership position involves driving high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives. As the Subject Matter Expert for SAP HCM On Premise ABAP, you will spearhead key initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective solutions to technical and functional challenges within and across teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP HCM On Premise ABAP and ABAP Development.
  • Drive performance and efficiency through strategic decision-making and operational management.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders for collaborative project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP and ABAP Development.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning models.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Professional Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree (BE) or equivalent is mandatory.
