Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver technical expertise in planning, analysis, and the implementation of SAP solutions.

This involves developing, enhancing, and supporting ABAP Workbench objects tailored to SAP HCM, as well as customizing SAP HCM schemas, rules, and wage types to meet client-specific requirements.

Effective integration of packaged technology into clients' business processes is also a key aspect of this role, along with collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business needs and technical standards.

Additionally, this position requires ongoing support of SAP HCM initiatives with strong technical and functional capabilities, as well as contributing to pre-sales activities and internal capability development efforts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical expertise for planning, analysis, and delivery of SAP solutions.
  • Develop, enhance, and support ABAP Workbench objects tailored to SAP HCM.
  • Customize SAP HCM schemas, rules, and wage types to meet client-specific requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires the following skills and qualifications:

  • ABAP Workbench development.
  • SAP customization (schemas and rules).
  • Strong OOP/ABAP and software engineering principles.
  • SAP Data Dictionary, Reports, and Forms (SmartForms, SAPScript, Adobe Forms).
