Job Title: Senior SAP ABAP Developer and Technical ExpertAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Developer and Technical Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in SAP ABAP development, ensuring quick turnaround times for issue resolution and solution implementation.
  2. Project Planning and Estimation: Develop detailed project plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing, and implementation phases.
  3. Business Requirements Analysis: Transform business function requirements into technical program specs, coding, testing, and debugging programs.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop, code, document, and execute unit tests, systems, integration, and acceptance tests for functions of high complexity.
  5. Performance Tuning: Perform performance tuning to improve performance across multiple functions.
  6. Team Collaboration: Engage with other technical team members in design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
  7. Integration System Activities: Ensure integration system activities meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitoring technical architecture particularly scalability, availability, and archiving.
  8. Operational Support: Manage operational support, performing work during change windows, and providing on-call support as required by the team.
  9. Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor and coach junior developer resources.
  10. Consulting Services: Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.
