Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP HCM On Premise ABAP.
- Manage and collaborate with the team to drive performance and efficiency.
- Make strategic and operational decisions for the team.
- Engage with multiple cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
- Provide effective solutions to technical and functional challenges within and across teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related activities.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of the project.

Professional and Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP and SAP ABAP Development.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning models.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid grasp of data munging techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Additional Information:

- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP is required.
- This position is based at the Hyderabad office.
- A Bachelor's degree (BE) or equivalent is mandatory.
