Clinical Education Manager Job Description

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Education Manager to join our team. As a key member of our education department, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of clinical education programs that support the company's strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the basics of dentistry, as well as the company's overall strategy and product portfolio.
  • Conduct regular reviews and improvements of policies and processes related to their job responsibilities, ensuring they remain dynamic and up-to-date.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external regulatory, compliance, and branding guidelines for programs and events, guaranteeing that all activities are conducted according to established standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and manage onboarding and renewal agreements, including HCP profiling, due diligence, and maintaining KOL databases and agreements.
  • Plan budgetary allocations for various activities based on allocated budgets for the month and quarter, with strict adherence to allocated and agreed budgets.
  • Initiate expenses only after receiving proper approval and a signed purchase order (PO), with a bi-monthly expense management tracker presented to the CE Head and RML.
  • Regularly evaluate opportunities for cost reduction and ratify provisions made by the Event and Conference Coordinator before submitting them to finance.
  • Finalize and release the monthly/quarterly CE calendar as per the CE policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in dental education, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
