We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on experience in coastal and marine construction. This person will lead the planning and construction of marine infrastructure including breakwaters, jetties, quay walls, and docks for major port projects.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in coastal engineering and structural analysis. They should be able to conduct advanced assessments of marine structures under varying tidal and wave conditions.

This role involves project management and coordination skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including project managers, consultants, contractors, and government bodies.

Responsibilities:
  • Design & Construction: Lead the design, planning and construction of marine infrastructure including breakwaters, jetties, quay walls and docks.
  • Coastal Engineering: Provide in-depth expertise in coastal engineering and optimize the performance, stability and sustainability of port infrastructure.
  • Structural Analysis: Conduct advanced structural and geotechnical assessments of marine structures.
  • Project Management: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful execution of marine construction works.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Post Graduate degree in Marine Structures or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in coastal or marine construction.
  • Proficiency in marine engineering software (e.g. MIKE21, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro etc.) for designing and simulating coastal and marine structures.
