Call Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Call Monitoring Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of policies and procedures is essential, as well as experience in conducting quality and compliance audits.
  • Coaching and feedback skills are also critical, as you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Analyze data from each audit/monitor activity and assist teams with development and implementation of corrective action plans.

Becoming a successful Call Monitoring Specialist requires:

  • Tenure of at least 12 months in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently high call metrics, including ACW, AHT, adherence, calls per day and quality & compliance scores.
  • Experience in a call monitoring role, preferably with a proven track record of improving team performance.
  • Ability to self-manage and motivate yourself.
  • Resiliency and adaptability to lead through various business changes.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
