Job Overview

This is a full-time position for an experienced Architect/Project Lead located in Bengaluru.

The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept to completion, including project management, architectural design and detailing, and integration with other disciplines.

  • Lead projects from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Mentor junior architects and guide them in their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee site execution and quality control measures to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Drive design research, detailing, and innovation to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a passion for interior design.
  • At least 6 years of experience in project leadership with a proven track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction, detailing, and material specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in design/documentation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
  • A portfolio showcasing your built work, reflecting your passion for design and excellence.
