IT Director

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to lead the management of our IT systems, networks, and user support.

The role involves overseeing the troubleshooting of hardware/software issues, maintaining infrastructure, ensuring data security, and coordinating with vendors for upgrades.

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues; diagnose and resolve faults.
• System & Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• User Assistance: Offer employees system access, applications, and connectivity for seamless operations.
• Data Security & Maintenance: Ensure regular data backups, patch updates, and compliance with IT security protocols.
• Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and services.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and user support skills.
• Knowledge of data backup, patch management, IT security protocols.
• Overview about VMware and Cyber Security is beneficial.
