We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Specialist to oversee our financial operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Comply with statutory requirements, including income tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and Companies Act.
- Coordinate for statutory, tax, and internal audits, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining audit trails.
- Maintain proper documentation and provide regular management reports to highlight key financial metrics and trends.
- Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation efficiently, while ensuring timely collections and minimizing bad debts.
- Monitor cash flows, credit terms, and enforce working capital discipline to maintain optimal liquidity.
To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong background in these areas. A CPA certification is highly preferred, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
