  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably with professional qualifications.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Commercial acumen with strategic thinking ability to develop underwriting strategies that drive growth and profitability.
