
Technical Support Specialist

The Associate Technical Support Analyst II role is responsible for managing critical incidents with the Technology Command Center (TCC). This involves communicating with businesses throughout the incident lifecycle, providing updates at intervals determined by the incident's priority. Escalations are handled according to a predefined escalation matrix.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing critical incidents and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Providing technical support to employees and business partners

Requirements:
