Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

  • Contribute to developer tasks, provide ServiceNow support, and collaborate with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
  • Knowledge on standard IT technologies and 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow are necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations is necessary.
  • Implementing Demand, Project, Resource, & Time Management sub-modules is required.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source, and Transform maps is necessary.
  • Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs is required.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
