  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our Pan India Operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial management, accounting, and audit.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts for the company's Pan India operations.
  • Accounting and Audit: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Working Capital Management: Optimize cash flow and working capital to drive business growth.
  • Cost-Saving Opportunities: Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and present recommendations to management.
  • Audit and Compliance: Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in accounting systems (preferably Business Central), POS systems, and cost and inventory systems.

  • Experience: Candidates with experience in handling accounting operations across Pan India and knowledge of Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fund Management, Internal and External Audits, Compliance, GST, Income Tax Act requirements will be preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or Retail industry will be preferred.
