International Sales Manager – Vendor Partnerships

We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of International Sales Manager – Vendor Partnerships. This position involves managing the full lifecycle of identifying, pitching, and onboarding global vendors. The successful candidate will directly contribute to revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term partnerships in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Vendor Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential vendors via professional networks, trade directories, and industry marketplaces.
  • Pitching and Onboarding: Effectively communicate our value proposition to decision-makers and manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
  • Discovery Calls: Conduct thorough discovery calls to assess vendor readiness and commercial viability.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with pricing, logistics, and product teams for efficient integration.
  • Performance Metrics: Track performance metrics using data analysis tools and contribute to strategic vendor sourcing decisions.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who builds their own pipeline and proactively drives results. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, quick-thinking, and accountable, driven by growth, numbers, and ownership. Resilience in a high-speed, dynamic sales environment is also essential.
