Job Description

A highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager is required to oversee the delivery of new data center supply across multiple availability zones in India. This role involves managing 10+ concurrent projects, bridging internal customers and business functions, and collaborating with functional delivery teams to ensure timely and right-sized delivery of new DC capacity.

The scope of this role includes early expansion planning, feasibility analysis, and evaluation of multiple factors prior to approving a new plan of record. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring in-flight projects, major risks, and remediation efforts to ensure DC delivery meets supply commitments and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage delivery of new DC supply across one or more availability zones in India.
  2. Oversee 10+ concurrent projects, ensuring timely and right-sized delivery of new DC capacity.
  3. Bridge internal customers and business functions to enable seamless collaboration.
  4. Collaborate with functional delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of new DC capacity.
  5. Monitor in-flight projects, major risks, and remediation efforts to ensure DC delivery meets supply commitments and customer demand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, software).
  • Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, metrics, and methodologies.
  • Relevant data center delivery experience in India is desirable.
  • Experience in management of complex technology infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with AWS.
  • Experience of managing projects in the APAC region.
