High-Quality Test Automation Engineer Wanted

We are seeking a skilled test automation engineer to join our company at Allshore Technologies. As a test automation engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our software products by designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Develop Automated Test Scripts:

      Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using popular tools like Selenium, WebdriverIO, Protractor, Cypress, and Playwright.

    • Build Scalable Test Automation Frameworks:

      Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks using Page Object Model (POM) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) with Cucumber and Mocha/Jest.

    • Optimize Database Queries:

      Write and optimize SQL and SOQL queries to validate data in relational databases and Salesforce.

    • Integrate Automated Tests into CI/CD Pipelines:

      Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.

    • Collaborate with Developers and QA Team:

      Collaborate with developers and QA team members to identify test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and coverage gaps.

    • Perform Thorough Testing:

      Perform functional, regression, cross-browser, and data validation testing to ensure the high quality of our software products.

    • Analyze and Troubleshoot Automation Failures:

      Analyze and troubleshoot automation failures, logging detailed defects in tracking tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.

    • Report on Quality Metrics:

      Report on quality metrics and continuously improve automation coverage and reliability.

  • Must-Haves:
