High-Scale Systems Technical Director

We're looking for a seasoned Backend Engineering Lead to drive the technical direction of our high-scale systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for leading complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
- Technical Expertise:
- 7-10 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven expertise in building and scaling systems to handle high throughput, low latency, and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure components, including EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, VPC, and more.
- Experience with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning.
Leadership & Execution:
- Owning end-to-end delivery of backend features with high accountability.
- Leading and mentoring engineers, conducting design reviews, and managing technical debt effectively.
- Collaborating with peers and cross-functional teams in remote/hybrid setups.
