This role involves working closely with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues and utilizing SPM/ICM knowledge to enhance the quality of implementation and post-implementation services.

The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for executing test plans, managing and executing manual test cases, and ensuring software quality assurance processes are adhered to.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing test plans and managing manual test cases
  • Ensuring software quality assurance processes are followed
  • Working closely with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues

Qualifications include:

  • Strong experience in Test Execution, Manual Testing, and Test Cases
  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Software Testing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Extensive knowledge of SPM/ICM, preferably with experience in Callidus, Xactly, Varicent, or SPIFF
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
