Geospatial AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying machine learning models for geospatial data processing, forecasting, and automated GIS insights.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in geospatial data analysis, machine learning, and programming languages such as Python. You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient data pipelines to collect and preprocess large-scale geospatial datasets, as well as working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI integration with existing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy ML models for geospatial data processing, forecasting, and automated GIS insights.
  • Design and implement efficient data pipelines to collect and preprocess large-scale geospatial datasets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI integration with existing business processes.
  • Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific applications in renewable energy and urban planning.
  • Deploy AI models using cloud-based MLOps frameworks (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Geostatistics, or related fields.
  • Strong background in geospatial data analysis and machine learning.
  • Programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy), SQL.
  • Experience with large-scale data mining, data annotation, and knowledge graph techniques.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills with superiors, peers, partners, and other stakeholders.
