The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Trademark Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our Trademark team, you will be responsible for drafting and managing email communications with clients regarding trademark applications, updates, and inquiries.

The Role

  • Assist in drafting and managing email communications with clients.
  • Help maintain accurate records of client correspondence and document communications in our case management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to assist in the preparation and submission of trademark applications.
  • Conduct preliminary trademark searches and compile results for review by senior team members.
  • Work closely with trademark attorneys and other team members to support client needs and project timelines.
  • Help track pending inquiries and ensure timely follow-up to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the Trademark team.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
