To achieve this vision, we're working on specific software functionalities developments that aim to build in-house software modules for maximising components reusability and robustness in the future autonomous driving landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake various tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team to mentor junior SW engineers and communicate findings through presentations and reporting.
  • Understand requirements and create high-level designs, decomposing them into detailed designs.
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices and DevOps trade-offs.
  • Create detailed software designs and support their implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams.
  • Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
  • Critically evaluate API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations.
  • Communicate effectively with global teams within our company.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years in application design and development.
  • Previous experience in complex automotive projects, owning responsibility for low-level design, implementation and validation.
  • Experience in AUTOSAR-based software solution design and development.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
  • Hands-on experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms.
  • Good understanding of Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stacks.
  • Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
  • Good understanding of ISO26262 standards.
