Job Summary

This is a key leadership role responsible for the delivery of software engineering projects and programs. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, product, and internal business teams to ensure understanding of priorities, execution visibility, project delivery, and achievement of targeted outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy and Planning: Define and manage the scope, goals, and roadmap of software programs.
  • Collaborative Execution: Coordinate efforts across multiple software development teams and technical team members.
  • Delivery Management: Monitor and report on project and program progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in software engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
