Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our organization.

This role involves taking ownership and responsibility for the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing strategies across all aspects of software development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in different testing practices, specifically integrated within continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and be familiar with various tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Kibana, Grafana, Bitbucket, Kubernetes, Docker, UI testing, REST protocol, microservice architecture, mobile QA Engineering requirements, Espresso, XCUITest, Testrail, Bitrise, Charles Proxy, Postman, API testing, BrowserStack, Java/Kotlin, Swift, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios and automation capabilities for all test levels and types.
  • Create and optimize test frameworks and integrate them into deployment pipelines.
  • Participate in code review processes to ensure all critical cases are covered.
  • Monitor test runs, application errors, and performance.
  • Maintain information flow, keep the team informed, and act as a stakeholder in releases and defect tracking.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, manual and automated.
  • Strong experience in software testing theory, test automation frameworks, and various testing practices.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, engaged in Scrum.
  • Ability to work in an autonomous, self-responsible, and self-organized way.
  • Effective communication skills in English.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to think critically, and demonstrate a passion for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
